We are seeking to finalise numbers for the Cairn Curran regatta this week.
We will be running a canteen for the weekend and need to know numbers so we can adequately cater.
I have provided an outline of what is planned below, so everyone is informed and can decide if they wish to use the canteen. We ask that anyone nominating to use the canteen does so for the entire weekend.
Some notes for the weekend.
There will be personnel directing setup of the camping area on Saturday morning.
There are toilet and shower facilities on site.
Dogs are not allowed.
You may bring your own alcohol, however we ask that it is not consumed in the club house or on the balcony, rather confine it to the camping area. Cairn Curran Sailing Club has a bar which will be run by the licencee over the weekend, and using the clubhouse bar is a way for our regatta to support the sailing club.
We will be requiring help in the canteen over the course of the weekend.
Tea, coffee, chips and sweets will be available.

We ask that everyone bring their own lunch for the first day.
Off water snack – as the sailors are usually hungry coming straight off water we will provide pasta with meat and vegetarian options, and butter chicken
